The more time and energy you have invested into someone, the more expectations you are going to have with them. When they fail to meet that expectations, you hurt. Telling someone that they hurt you is not easy, and you cannot take the relationship far if you fail to express your feelings properly.
Be honest with your feelings
Tell her politely that she hurt you and let her be clear about it. She needs to understand that the thing that she did and the way she treated you is not the right way to treat you.
Be careful what you tolerate, you are teaching her how to treat you.

Be very specific and give her a proper explanation about what is bothering you and why you cannot let go it.
Have control over your anger
Don’t get angry when she is emotionally attacking you, control your anger. Show her that you are a gentleman and be quiet.
When you are wrong, admit it. When you are right, be quiet.
